Jake Kilian and Holly Cavanaugh met randomly at a music festival in Illinois and since then their love for each other and their love for coffee has grown. They started out roasting fair trade, ethically sourced, micro lots of coffee out of their garage with a roaster that produced a half of a pound of coffee every 30 minutes. However, they were determined to have enough beans to sell at the local farmers markets so they would stay up through the night roasting for an event that was the next day. The best thing was that every roast that they did and every half pound bag they roasted was unique and was made with as much love as they could possibly put into it. Much love for any support.
